Dear The Room Escape Games Family,
We could not be happier to be able to once provide you with a unique, safe and socially distanced source of entertainment.
Below are temporary changes to our Booking Policy:
- ALL games will automatically be private
- ALL games must be reserved online
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Minimum of 4 players
- We are only staffing games as they are being reserved so we CANNOT accept
walk-ins at this time.
Staff is not on site unless there is a game, consequently we may not be aware of any voicemails in a timely manner. Please email any questions or concerns to Info@theroomaz.com and we will be sure to respond to your needs within 24 hrs.
If you or anyone in your party is not feeling well, PLEASE email us to reschedule your game. If you send your request at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no fee charged. Since we are scheduling our employees specifically for your game, there will be a $12.50 charge for any changes made with less than 24 hour notice. If the
COVID-19 Pandemic requires us to close yet again, we will reschedule your game for any future open date at no charge.
Safety, Cleaning & Sanitation Efforts:
- Thorough sanitizing in between every game
- Gloves are available
- Masks are available
- Rooms are private
- 30 minutes in between all groups
- Employees are temperature checked
