It is not required to make a reservation ahead of time. You can walk in and see what we have available, but we strongly recommend a reservation to ensure you get the time slot and room you want.

We are not a franchise. We are local and family owned. Currently this is our first and only location. However, follow us on Instagram and Facebook as that is where we will reveal the opening of any potential future locations.

Are these rooms going to be challenging? Absolutely, but on a physical level we set them up to accommodate a diverse group of people. The rooms are set up to be a mental challenge instead of physical.

No, per the Arizona Liquor Department our liquor license does not allow for any outside alcohol to be brought into our establishment. We do however, offer a variety of beers and wines available for purchase.

Our games start at the booking time, we ask you show up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time to allow time for waivers, lockers and bathrooms. Anyone from your group present at the time of your scheduled start time will start the game play and any other running late will join the rest of the group at time of arrival. Should the entire group be running late, we will start you once you arrive, however, your end time cannot be changed due to other scheduled bookings. Thus, you will not have a full 60 min of game time available.

At the moment, no there are no live actors within any of our rooms. We do have plans around Halloween to possibly incorporate live actors into our rooms. However, if we opt to incorporate them at anytime, it will be disclosed at the time of booking as well as on your invoice.

We periodically add or change out puzzles within the rooms based on customer feedback. However, for the most part the rooms will be 95%-99% the same. For that reason, we do not recommend doing the same room twice.

In addition to the excitement and sense of pride for your accomplishment, we also give out celebratory vinyl stickers customized to each of our rooms.

If you don’t meet the challenges given to you within the 60 minutes allotted, it’s okay! For safety reasons, the doors are truly never locked. The moment your 60 minutes are up, we will come in to let you out of the room and if you choose, go over any clues you may have missed. 

No, you will not be chained up, tied up nor locked up at any point during the gameplay.

An escape room is a room you are locked in and in order to get out you must solve all the riddles and puzzles within a certain amount of time to accomplish an end goal

YES! You can bring drinks into the room. In each of the rooms we have a button for you to request more beverages if you run out!

Each room has a different limit of how many people you can bring and we can fit in the room. On Fridays and Saturdays we require at least four people after four o'clock.

For the price of the rooms on the weekdays it is $24 before tax and the weekends it's $29.50. The Asylum is $29.50 every day.

If you are looking for a more family friendly, Treasure Island for sure. If you are looking for scary, Asylum of Lost souls. 

Each room has a different success rate since they all vary in difficulty, Treasure Island 71.4%, Blackout Motel 53.8%, Speakeasy 38.9%, and Asylum 42.9%.

Depending on the room it can be. Our scariest room is going to be The Asylum for sure and Blackout slightly.
